Job Summary
We are looking for passionate software engineers to design and develop scalable applications that power Mawaba’s AI and data systems.
You’ll work on projects that combine user-centered design, data analysis, and machine learning, helping to shape the future of intelligent platforms that improve decision-making and quality of life.

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support Mawaba’s AI, cloud, and data platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (ML, DevOps, Product, UX) to deliver robust, secure, and user-centered systems.
- Build APIs, dashboards, and applications using modern languages and frameworks such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and React.
- Integrate analytics and machine learning capabilities into real-world applications.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture and testing to deployment and monitoring.
- Participate in code reviews and technology watch, and promote best practices for clean code and system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, Java, or Go.
- Experience in web or backend development, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Growth mindset: curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for creating useful and responsible technologies.
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and data pipelines.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, or Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles or data visualization.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and Infrastructure as Code practices (Terraform, GitHub Actions).
